What To Wear
& Expect.
FloorWerk is a fully floor-based dance class, so expect sexy crawls, “Magic Mike” style grinds, headrolls, and lots of feel-yourself moments. We’ll be on hands, knees, and hips the whole time… no standing or walking!
Outfits & Footwear
Wear what makes you feel most confident! Whether that’s keeping it comfy in activewear, or matching your theme with leotards, lingerie or rock tees.

Hi, I’m Jasmine! The founder of Minx Choreography and your dance instructor / hype girl / personal cheerleader for your hens party dance class.
I specialise in sensual, floor-based movement with a slinky, flow style shaped by my pole dancing background. Every routine is taught to lyrics to make it fun and easy to learn, with level-options so everyone feels confident – including absolute beginners!
This class isn’t about getting every move perfect – it’s about letting go, hyping each other up, and walking away feeling sexy, strong and totally empowered.

Venue Information
Where are the hens party sessions held?
Your hens party dance class will run from:

Your booking confirmation email will contain more details about arriving at the venue.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, FREE on-site and street parking is available.
To access the venue carpark, enter through the front gate and continue to the rear of the building.
Are there bathrooms or change rooms?
Yes, there are two bathrooms on site, including one that is accessible.
While there aren’t dedicated change rooms, the bathrooms can be used to get changed if needed.
Outfits & Footwear
Do we need to wear kneepads?
Yes! Kneepads are always required for FloorWerk classes as we are sitting, sliding and rolling on our knees!
Black, slim-line kneepads will be provided for all participants. The kneepads have gel padding for protection and comfort, and an anti-slip grip on the inner thigh to ensure they don’t slide around.
Kneepads can be worn under or over leggings and fishnets. You’re welcome to bring your own pair if you prefer. If you have particular requirements, please get in touch.
What shoes are recommended for class?
If dancing barefoot:
- Please wear socks so your feet can slide.
If dancing in heels:
- Chunky ankle boots work great (or thigh highs!)
- Dance-branded heels like HFQ, Vamp or Pleaser are a go-to if you already dance or plan to invest.
- AVOID straps around ankles – restricts movement and may feel unstable.
- AVOID open-lace heels – when sitting, laces can dig into your foot (try for a style where laces don’t directly touch skin).
What clothing is appropriate to wear?
- Shirts
- Crop tops or dance bras
- Bikini tops
- Bodysuits
- Shorts or skorts
- Leggings
- Swimmer bottoms
- Fishnet stockings
Just avoid dresses as we’ll be moving around on the floor.
Props & Planning
Can we BYO food or alcohol?
No food or alcohol is permitted in the studio.
But definitely bring a water bottle for class! There’s a water re-fill station on site to keep you hydrated.
Can we bring our own props?
Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring your own props, veils, hats, or fun accessories that match your theme.
Some themed accessories and photo props are included in your event package and will be provided for use on the day.
Can we bring spectators or someone to take photos?
This is a private session for your booked group, so non-participating spectators are generally not permitted.
If someone in your group is unable to take part in the floor-based choreography but would still like to attend (eg. to capture content and be part of the celebration), please get in touch as I may be able to accommodate them at a reduced per-head rate – subject to approval.
You’ll also have opportunities to take your own photos & videos during the session!
Changes & Cancellations
Can we adjust our group numbers?
Yes! You can make changes to the number of guests attending up to 7 days before the event.
Please note the minimum spend is $480, regardless of your final group size.

Can we reschedule our event date?
Yes, you can request to reschedule your event with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Please get in touch as soon as possible so we can find a new date that works for you! Rescheduling requests within 7 days may incur a $100 fee.

What is the cancellation policy?
Your $200 deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund of any additional amount paid, minus the deposit.
Final payment is due 7 days before the event. Cancellations made after this time (or no-shows) are non-refundable, meaning you will forfeit the full amount paid.
